Building bridges between communities
Hoy is a bridge that continues to expand under Cordova-Winchell's leadership. When she took over as editor in 2004, Hoy was a twice-monthly paper with about 12,000 circulation, much of that in Lexington and numerous smaller counties along with Shelby and Jefferson.
